Kopi base brew also known as kopi tilok (or kopi dilo), is the coffee concentrate used to achieve the various kopi variants found in most kopitiam or coffeeshops in Singapore.

Kopi Variants

Kopi variant consists of the kopi base brew and either sugar, condensed milk, evaporated milk or just black coffee only.

 

Kopi O recipe - Kopi base brew(~180ml) + water(~20ml) + sugar
Note: Kopi O siu dai recipe - use 1 tsp sugar
