Teh base brew is the tea concentrate used to achieve the various teh variants found in most kopitiam or coffeeshops in Singapore.

Teh Variants

Teh variants consist of the teh base brew and either sugar, condensed milk, evaporated milk or just black tea only.

Teh O recipe - Teh base brew(~180ml) + water(~20ml) + sugar

Note: Teh O siu dai recipe - use 1 tsp sugar

Teh O Kosong recipe - Teh base brew (~180ml) + water(~20ml)

Teh recipe - Teh base brew (~180ml) + 2 tsp condensed + 5 tsp evaporated milk

Note: Teh siu dai recipe - use 1 tsp condensed milk
